So, you want to be a closer.

What you need to do first:
If you intend on making SALES your career, you will need to follow what I am going to teach you.  The commissions you earn from your sales career, need to comfortably take care of all your family's financial needs. They must also, allow you to plan for the future, and above all else, 
MAKE YOUR SPOUSE HAPPY. 
(This is a Biggie)  

By the way, do not over complicate what I'm teaching.  
This sales process, will work for any sales business. 
It works selling Real Estate, Automotive Sales, Home Improvement, Funeral Services...you name it... 
It does not matter. 


Every company needs salespeople, 
when I say that, I MEAN CLOSERS. 

This is why SALES is still the highest paying profession, if you are good at it.  
If you are not, YOU WILL HAVE SKINNY KIDS.


Let me explain..


For the REAL CLOSERS, the product does not matter.  
As long as the product is a good product, it's a product that you believe in, and the company you sell for backs up their claims, this blueprint can be used for any sale or sales organization.


There are basic rules that need to be followed. People need to trust you; and you need to establish this trust immediately. 
Normally, you will get ONE SHOT at getting this right with your prospect.  


Do not RE-INVENT THE WHEEL. This step by step way of selling has worked for years and years, and will work even in today's environment.  

As I am writing this, we are in the midst of the worst unemployment since the Great Depression. 
This is due to an unseen foe, who is literally killing people by the thousands.  
The corona virus, is going to force all Salespeople
to adjust and adapt.  However, the principles of selling, 
WILL ALWAYS REMAIN THE SAME.  

The salesperson, who intelligently and respectfully, presents a prospect with a product that fulfills a WANT AND A NEED, will be successful in within their respective sales career. 
 
The "Joe Pro" salesperson, who doesn't believe that he can be taught anything, 
(cuz, I been sellin' all my life) is an idiot.  
Sure, he may be successful for a time. But when he slumps, "Joe Pro" does not have a base to fall back on, to get him back to where is he is consistently selling.  

What I have found throughout my 25 years as a professional salesperson, is that the SECRET SAUCE that all PROFESSIONAL SALESPEOPLE follow are simple steps.  
If you truly want to BE A PRO at this, 
you will need to follow them as well.  

I have spent thousands of dollars UNNECESSARILY, with so-called GURU'S who couldn't close a damn door.  
They are just great PROMOTERS of their product.  
This is selling to a certain degree. 
They did follow steps to extract $$$$$ from my wallet. 
However, what I was left with was just a bunch of garbage 
they regurgitated from someone else who couldn't sell.
THEY ALWAYS HAD ONE HELL OF A NICE CAR though,
 in their commercial. 
I wonder if it was rented?

When attending those GURU classes, I was often surrounded with other salespeople who truly wanted to learn. And just like me, they too, felt as though they had been taken for a ride. 
They as well, had spent their hard money 
to attend the sales seminar.  
I often, while attending these events, would tell myself that this GURU 
who is supposed to be teaching me, wouldn't last one day, with the company I was selling for. 

Most of these GURU'S never seemed to have any meat to what they were talking about in "the first class."  
However, if I spent more money on the next class, 
then I would learn about the "SUPER SECRET SAUCE" that would forever, change my sales career.  
Then, after calling my wife, to let her know, 
that I had just charged more money to our credit cards, 
I would attend their so called "MASTER CLASS." 

Needless to say, I was always left wanting. 
When the class was over, I would always feel 
so foolish that I just fell for some Idiot's Bullshit. 

However, what would make me the most angry, 
is that I was already was a much better salesperson 
than the guy I just wasted thousands of dollars listening to.  

I am going to show you tried and true methods of selling, that to get down to the NITTY GRITTY of closing deals. 
You will need to take time to learn the steps, 
and you will need to practice what I am showing you.
  
Tiger Woods, just didn't one day pick up a golf club, hit a ball once and proclaim...
"I'M GLAD THAT CRAP IS OVER, 
now I am ready to be a Pro." 
I can absolutely guarantee you he has practiced 
HIS CRAFT over and over, and.... then over again, 
thousands upon thousands of times. 
You just can't do something once 
and truly be a master at it.  

IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING 
TO PUT IN THE WORK TO LEARN THIS, 
SALES IS NOT FOR YOU.  

You will need to learn how to control your emotions, 
and deal with disappointments. 
You need to learn, how not to drag the issues from 
"that sale that didn't go down, to your new prospects. 
What I am going to be teaching you, 
is what REAL SALES PROS do. 
REAL SALES PROS, follow a program, and they do it consistently, over and over... then over again.  
You wanna know why, 
CUZ, IT JUST FLAT OUT WORKS!!!!!

There are things that you must do throughout your presentation, that are proven and absolute. All Master Closers, know these processes. All True Closers, that I have ever had the honor of working with, all follow the same basic format.  The product may change, THE LAWS OF SALES DO NOT! 
Take away anything you have heard, and lose all of the B.S. that other so called experts say.  If you talk with TRUE MASTER CLOSERS; the ones who really make great money, they will all tell you exactly the same thing.  

You must follow a presentation 
that will get your prospect to do one main thing... 
MAKE A DECISION.

Follow these items you will be learning to the letter. By doing so,  you can set up your presentations to follow this well coordinated dance to get the customers to say "yes" to the product you are presenting them.

I want you to put your big boy and big girl pants on, and get ready to learn.  So when you are in your class, (whenever it is), there can be no distractions... turn off your phone, the T.V or whatever distraction you have going on. Just like your school teacher would make you get rid of any distractions, you must have the inner self discipline to do the same thing here.  

If you are not willing to 
GO TO SCHOOL WITH THIS, 
you are wasting your time.

Remember; this is going to be getting down to the NITTY GRITTY of selling.  So, if you have anything that impedes you from paying attention, you need to end it now.  

Sales ain't no Rom-Com movie, 
it's an Action Flick.  
This is where your mindset had better be.
